The message

day 1

You write through the form or by email. We do not book a meeting with someone who is only asking about a site.

Your part: Say what you do and who it is for. One sentence is enough.

Free draft

a few days

We make a free draft of one subpage for your company. You pay nothing and it does not commit you to anything.

Your part: Look at the preview and decide whether we continue.

The proposal

1–2 days

After the draft you get scope, timeline and a specific price by email. No asterisks.

Your part: Read it, ask questions, decide. Zero commitment.

Sign-off and start

1 day

You confirm the terms by email, replying 'accepted'. 30% deposit upfront.

Your part: Confirm, pay the deposit, send your materials over.

Build

2 to 3 weeks

I build the site. You see progress as it happens, through a preview link or screenshots.

Your part: Check the preview, send feedback.

Launch and final payment

launch day

Site goes live. You pay the remaining 70%. You get a perpetual licence.

Your part: Pay up. The site now runs on your domain.

Aftercare

monthly

Hosting, small tweaks, monthly report. No surprises.

Your part: Get in touch whenever you need a change.

What's yours

Everything you pay for belongs to you. No exceptions.

Domain

Registered in your name. Yours from day one.

Source code

Kept in a repository you have access to.

Licence

Perpetual. Modify it, extend it, hand it to whoever you want.

Freedom

You can leave whenever. 30-day notice by email.

And if you want to leave?

Send an email. You've got 30 days. In that window I hand over:

the website source code
hosting and domain access
everything the next agency will ask for

No blocking. No obstacles. Nothing deleted out of spite.

Why mention it? Because a company that won't talk about leaving usually has its reasons. I don't.

Frequently asked questions

What if I don't like the website?

You see progress throughout the build and flag changes as we go. Nothing goes live without your sign-off. You get a preview before launch — the site only ships when you're happy with it.

Can I edit the site myself?

Depends on the package. On Standard, you write to me and I make the change (usually within 1–2 working days). On Premium, you get a browser-based panel where you can update text and images yourself. I'll recommend which fits your setup.

Do I have to sign a multi-year contract?

No. You can end the engagement at any point with 30 days' notice by email. No long contracts, no exit penalties.

Who is responsible for the content?

You supply the materials — text, photos, logo — and confirm you have the right to use them. I can help with photo selection and copy editing if needed; we agree that case by case.

What about Google rankings?

I build sites with speed and solid SEO practices in mind. But I don't promise specific rankings — too many factors are outside my control to make that kind of guarantee in good faith.

How much does it cost?
